Free 30-day returns

If your Zenori One isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How it works

• Email support@zenorione.com with your order number to start a return.
• We'll send a prepaid return label — returns are free.
• Pack the device in its original box where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty items

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, see the Warranty page — we'll make it right.
