1-year limited warranty

Every Zenori One is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's covered

• Manufacturing defects in the display, processor, ports, and buttons
• Battery that fails to hold a reasonable charge under normal use
• Hardware faults present on arrival

What's not covered

• Accidental damage, drops, liquid damage, or normal cosmetic wear
• Damage from unauthorized modification or misuse

How to make a claim

Email support@zenorione.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We'll arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as possible.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
